Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Late check-outAvailable up to 2:00 PM for an additional fee (subject to availability)

Maximum occupancy15 guests

Noise policyMusic must be turned off by 10:00 PM (local regulations)

SmokingStrictly outdoor areas only — no smoking indoors

PetsNot allowed on the property

Events & partiesPermitted with prior approval and may incur additional charges

Pool hours6:00 AM - 10:00 PM (no lifeguard on duty)

DamagesGuests are responsible for any damage to property or furnishings

Illegal activitiesStrictly prohibited — booking will be terminated immediately

Advance payment50% of total booking amount required to confirm reservation

Balance paymentRemaining 50% due before or at check-in

Payment methodsUPI, credit/debit cards, net banking via Razorpay

Taxes18% GST applicable on the total booking amount

Security depositRefundable deposit collected at check-in

CurrencyAll prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)

Data collectedName, email, phone, and booking details for reservation processing

Payment dataProcessed securely via Razorpay — we do not store card details

CommunicationsWe may send booking confirmations, reminders, and occasional offers

Data sharingYour information is never sold or shared with third parties

Data retentionBooking records retained for 2 years for legal and tax purposes
